Before we build, we help you plan smarter. Our Pre-Construction Services Package gives you everything you need to evaluate your project clearly and confidently — from concept to permit-ready plans.

Included:

• Site visit and job walk

• Coordination with draftsman and engineer

• Preliminary design consultations

• Zoning and permit research (including setbacks, Title 24, etc.)

• Rough budgeting and scope analysis

• Project scheduling and phasing strategy

• Up to 2 revisions of draft plans

Pricing:

Project Type Estimated Fee

Small Projects (Bathroom, ADU, Patio Cover) - $2,500-$5,500

Mid-Sized Projects (Garage Conversion, Room Addition) - $6,500-$9,000

Full Custom Build / Major Renovation - $9,500+ (based on scope)

Important Details:

• The pre-construction fee is non-refundable and due before services begin

• All plans and documents remain the property of Right Time Construction until fully paid

• Plans may not be reused or shared without our written permission

• If you move forward with us for construction, we’ll credit this fee toward your build
